• To relieve inflammation from arthritis, you can mix several tablespoons of clay diluted with water with five drops of lemon ether and apply a compress overnight. Insulate with a film, then warm clothes.

If cellulite worries, you need to mix grape seed oil (three tablespoons) and fifteen drops of lemon essential oil. There will be no harm from such an amount of concentrated product when applied externally to the cellulite area.

Lemon essential oil: harm and contraindications
