Cosmetics with an organic composition of the components are quite expensive. And few people know that the most natural beauty products can be found on your kitchen shelf ... Beauty expert, member of the British Association of Beauticians Natalia Robinson decided to share little secrets about how to achieve a beautiful complexion using conventional products.

Vegetable oil

Natural and organic oils such as olive, rosehip oil, or sweet almond are best suited. They are advised to be used only if your skin is very dry. It will take quite a bit, a few drops on a cotton pad to soothe irritated skin and nourish it with strength. Oil from rapeseed, avocado, as well as sunflower and coconut oils are also suitable for combating dandruff, relieving itching of the scalp and making hair smooth and silky. They should be used in moderation, the abuse of oils can lead to far from the desired result.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice can be used as an excellent astringent and ... toner. Yes, it is toner - lemons are great as an exfoliating and brightening agent. Citric acid and natural antioxidants will help narrow your pores and make your face cleaner. The main thing is not to forget to dilute it with water. It is not advisable to use lemon juice if you have sensitive skin.

Toothpaste

Thanks to the silicon dioxide contained in it, toothpaste effectively fights inflammation and pimples. Using it, do not forget that fluoride - a frequent component of toothpastes - is a strong irritant, so keeping the paste on your face for more than five to ten minutes is not recommended. By the way, baking soda, which can be used as a gentle scrub, is an excellent option against acne.

Honey

Everyone knows about the nutritional properties of honey ... honey masks on the face and body not only soften the skin, but also have an antibacterial effect, which helps to effectively combat acne. Before a honey mask, it is best to do a test test on your arm or neck.

Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is rich in vitamin E and is often used to remove irritation. Since it contains eggs containing amino acids and antioxidants, mayonnaise can be used as a hair conditioner, as a treatment for burns, and as a moisturizer to relieve itching of skin prone to eczema.

Vinegar

It can act as a tonic that improves blood circulation. Do not forget that vinegar is still an acid, and you need to use it with caution so as not to dry your skin or cause something worse. Dilute vinegar before use! Mixing vinegar in half with water can also be a great way to add shine to your hair.
