• Chops are prepared from the breast of a bird, cut into fillets. Since such meat is dry in itself, it is undesirable to acquire it frozen. To make the chicken chops in the oven tender and juicy, you should use fresh or chilled poultry.

• Fillet cut into pieces with a thickness of at least one centimeter, and carefully beat off on both sides. How to chop chicken, along or across the fibers, does not matter. Its fibers are easily softened by beating.

• It is desirable to beat off pieces of fillet by laying a bag or film. The meat juice is not scattered to the sides, and the meat will not stick to the hammer and its fibers will not tear.

• The beaten meat is sprinkled or rubbed with spices and salt, after which it is allowed to lie down so that it can absorb all the aromas of spices and is well salted. After that, with pieces of chicken come according to the recipe.

• Most often, salted meat is immediately spread on a baking sheet, sometimes it is previously lightly fried breaded in a pan.

• Cooking chops in the oven can reduce the calorie content of the dish, and the addition of additional products to improve the taste. Chicken in the oven can be cooked with tomatoes, potatoes, onions, pineapples, mushrooms or cheese. Additional products are spread on top of the beaten meat. To preserve their juiciness, they are often sprinkled with crushed hard melting cheese.

• Spread semi-finished products for baking in a roasting pan, on the bottom of which a thin layer of vegetable oil is previously applied.

• Serve on their own, as an appetizer or with a side dish of fresh vegetables, boiled potatoes or pasta.

Chicken in the oven with tomatoes, under a hat of cheese

Ingredients:

• chilled chicken breast - 500 gr.;

• 50 gr. low-fat mayonnaise;

• two eggs;

• 100 ml of lean, highly purified oil;

• 100 gr. white flour;

• hard cheese, preferably mild - 200 gr.;

• three medium tomatoes.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the breast in cool water and dry with a disposable towel, cut into portions. Lightly beat on both sides, add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Pour the eggs into a small but wide bowl, add a little fine salt and whisk with a whisk until smooth. You can beat slightly.

3. Place the pan over medium heat. Pour a little refined oil into it and warm it so that it stops crackling.

4. Breast each piece of beaten breast in flour, then dip in an egg and dip in a pan. Once the bottom is covered with a light appetizing crust, turn over and fry the other side.

5. On a baking sheet, spread a large sheet of foil and lay the fried chops on it. On each lapless, put a few thin rings of tomatoes, lightly sprinkle them with salt and grease well with mayonnaise.

6. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle them abundantly with tomatoes on top.

Ingredients:

• kilogram of chicken;

• three tablespoons of canned corn;

• 20 ml of corn oil;

• sweet onion head;

• 300 gr. "Dutch" cheese;

• 320-350 gr. canned pineapple.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the dried fillet in half along the fibers, and then again, but across. Beat off each piece, slightly add salt and pepper to your taste on both sides.

2. Finely chop the sweet onion, cut pineapples into medium-sized slices. Collect everything in a bowl, add the corn, mix.

3. Cover the pan with parchment and apply a little oil on it. Put the beaten meat on the parchment paper, laying the pieces at a short distance.

4. Put the cooked stuffing on top of the chicken. Spread it evenly over the whole chop and sprinkle liberally with finely grated cheese.

5. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Recipe for Chicken Ovens Breaded in Corn Flakes

Ingredients:

• four medium-sized chicken fillets;

• 180 ml of low-fat sour cream or yogurt;

• unsweetened corn flakes - 2.5 tbsp .;

• two tablespoons of liquid light honey;

• 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh basil.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the filet dried from water across into two parts. Lightly beat off each, giving the pieces an oval shape. Mix a little fine salt with ground pepper and rub the resulting mixture of layers of meat on all sides.

2. Twist the corn flakes in a meat grinder or grind with a blender. You can roll it several times with a rolling pin, after putting the flakes in a thick paper bag. The main thing is that they turn into small crumbs.

3. Pour the crushed cereal into a bowl and mix the crumbs with finely chopped basil.

4. Put the sour cream in a separate container, add honey and stir with a whisk until smooth.

5. Moisten the baking sheet with a cloth swab dipped in vegetable oil. Dip in sour cream sauce and then roll in a breading made of cereal, put chicken chops on it and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.

6. In order not to overdry the meat, place the baking sheet only in a preheated oven and monitor the temperature. It should not rise above 180 degrees.

A simple recipe for chicken in the oven with mushrooms

Ingredients:

• chilled chicken fillet, in large pieces - 500 gr.;

• sparse mayonnaise;

• "Russian" cheese - 200 gr.;

• medium-sized fresh champignons - 7 pcs.;

• non-aromatic sunflower oil.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the processed chicken fillet in layers of a centimeter thickness. Beating off with a hammer, give the pieces the desired shape and slightly salt each. You can pepper a little to your taste.

2. Rinse the mushrooms in cold water by patting them with a napkin, remove moisture from the mushrooms and cut into 3 mm plates. Grind cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Lightly grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the pieces of the chopped fillet on it.

4. On top, in an even layer, lay out the plates of mushrooms and cover them with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

5. Sprinkle the chops with cheese crumbs and bake, setting a baking sheet in the middle of the oven.

6. After about 20 minutes, remove the pan. Put the hot chops on a wide dish and serve.

Chicken in the oven with Adyghe cheese - "Family"

Ingredients:

• 800 gr. boneless chicken breast;

• three tablespoons of sour cream 20% fat;

• 200 gr. "Adyghe" cheese;

• a tablespoon of olive oil;

• a small clove of garlic;

• four small tomatoes;

• to taste - fresh juicy greens.

Cooking method:

1. Cut off the fat from the fillet, remove the remaining film. Wash the chicken with cold water, dry with a towel, and cut into small portions, beat off. Lightly salt and season with ground pepper, rubbing meat on all sides.

2. Grind the greens with a knife, cut the tomatoes into thin circles.

3. Grate the garlic finely in sour cream, add a little salt, mix. In a separate dish on a coarse grater, grate "Adygea" cheese.

4. Lay a parchment on a baking sheet, grease it with butter and lay out the beaten chicken fillet.

5. Gently lay the tomato rings on the layers of chicken, grease them with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with plenty of chopped cheese.

6. Set the baking tray on the middle level of the oven and leave to bake for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees.

7. Sprinkle hot chops with chopped herbs and serve, laying on a wide dish.

Oven Chicken Chops with Mushrooms and Potatoes

Ingredients:

• fresh, medium-sized champignons - 200 gr.;

• kilogram of chicken;

• kilogram of potatoes;

• 100 ml of vegetable frostbite oil;

• to taste sour cream with a fat content of not more than 15%;

• spices "For poultry dishes" or any other.

Cooking method:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut the tubers into small slices. In order for the potato to bake evenly, its slices must be the same thickness.

2. Season the potatoes with spices, pour over vegetable oil, mix and evenly spread over the frypot.

3. Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into centimeter-thick plates. Then beat off each and put on a potato in a dense layer, but not overlapping.

4. Slightly add salt to each chop, season to taste.

5. Cut the washed mushrooms into slices and lightly fry in oil.

6. Spread the fried champignons on chop, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cheese to a large crumb.

7. Bake chicken chops with potatoes at 180 degrees for an hour.

Oven Chops - Cooking Tips & Tips

• Beat the chicken with the side of the malleus on which the larger protrusions are located, otherwise the tender breast meat will stick to it.

• To improve the taste, marinated filet can be marinated. Use marinades based on soy sauce or dry wine.

• Only place chops in a hot oven and do not overdo it. Otherwise they will be dry and harsh.

• Do not abuse spices. Use only ground pepper or special chicken sets for chicken dishes. Chicken and spices are very "friendly", but for chops excessive spice or pungency is undesirable. It is quite enough to sprinkle a little with black or white pepper, paprika. Light taste of white chicken meat, slightly enhanced by fried breading - such should be chicken breast chops.
