A water bath is a special way of heating products, which is distinguished by delicacy. The sweet mixture will not burn, will not stick to the walls of the dishes and it will turn out exactly the way you need it. The bath is used for creams, dough, glaze. It is actively used for cooking honey, almost all known recipes require delicate heating.

Basic cooking rules:

• All the ingredients for the cake must be weighed, it is important to keep the proportion, but if the dough is weak, you can pour more flour. Humidity in products is different.

• Warming up the honey mass should be done under control. If overexposed, the dough will be dark, and the dessert with bitterness.

• Cakes can be rolled immediately on a laid baking sheet. Then a pan cover is applied to the formation. Just select a circle of suitable diameter, all excess is cut off. Or roll and cut on the table, and then transfer the cake to the sheet, wound on a rolling pin.

• Before baking, you need to chop the cakes with a fork, so you can avoid air bubbles and the cake will be smoother.

Ingredients

• a glass of sugar;

• 550 g flour;

• soda 1 tsp;

• salt;

• 3 eggs;

• 50 g of oil;

• 4 l. honey;

Cream: 500 g of oily sour cream a glass of powder.
