Healthy fruit desserts will delight both adults and small gourmets with their excellent taste, aroma and mouth-watering appearance. To prepare fruit desserts, it does not take much time and effort, and you can use absolutely any fruit: those that you love and those that are at home.

Fruit Desserts - General Principles

All fruits you have selected must be fresh, with no signs of rot and damage. The rest included in the dessert, the ingredient should also be fresh.

Fruits must be thoroughly washed, dried, peeled. Cut or grind, as specified in the recipe method.

Further guidance is simple: you can combine selected fruits with any combination of products in completely different proportions. More details in the recipes below.

1. Fruit desserts: apple marshmallow in the oven

Ingredients:

• 7 medium green apples;

• sugar - 60 g;

• water - 20 ml;

• vegetable oil - 30 ml for greasing parchment paper.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the apples, cut into slices, cut out the core with seeds and put them in a deep metal pan.

2. Pour in two tablespoons of water, put on a low heat and cook for half an hour with the lid closed.

3. Remove the pan with apples from the heat, cool, drain the juice from the apples into a separate mug.

4. Separate the peel from boiled apples, and grind the pulp itself through a sieve or in a blender into a puree mass.

5. Pour sugar in applesauce and put on low heat again, cook a little less than half an hour.

6. Beat the mashed potatoes again with a blender.

7. Take a flat sheet, cover it with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil (oil will help to easily peel the paper from the pastille at the very end) and lay out the applesauce, smooth well over the entire surface.

8. Place the sheet in the oven heated to 130 degrees and dry for 10-15 minutes (open the oven door a little while drying, you can put a large spoon in the opening between the door).

9. When the pastille dries, remove it from the oven and cool.

10. Cut the pastille into strips 3 cm wide.

11. Roll up each strip while removing parchment paper from it.

12. When serving, place the rolls on a flat plate. Or you can wrap each roll with a beautiful ribbon, put it in a small box and give it to your family, friends or acquaintances as a sweet gift.

2. Fruit desserts: a festive mix

Ingredients:

• 2 medium kiwis;

• 2 bananas;

• 2 oranges;

• 3 pitted tangerines;

• 2 small apples;

• a sprig of red grapes;

• 1 lemon;

• honey - 40 g.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the oranges, put them on a paper towel to dry. With a knife, slightly cut the peel of oranges in a circle. Then take a tablespoon and go over it from all sides under the peel to make it easier to take it off (be sure to take a very sharp knife). On the peel, make patterns in the form of zigzag lines. Put the orange baskets aside.

2. Remove all white films from the peeled orange, cut the pulp into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

3. Peel the kiwi, dice it.

4. Cut a banana with a medium dice.

5. Peel the tangerines, divide into slices, if large slices cut in half.

6. Wash the apples, peel them, cut the core, cut into cubes.

7. Wash the grapes, separate from the twigs.

8. Mix all the fruits in a deep salad bowl.

9. Wash the lemon, cut in half, squeeze the juice and pour fruit salad on it.

10. Add honey, mix well.

11. In each orange basket, put two tablespoons of fruit salad (instead of orange baskets, the salad can be laid out in glass bowls). If you want, add any yogurt to the salad.

3. Fruit desserts: fried bananas in batter

Ingredients:

• 2 large bananas;

• 1 egg;

• flour - 160 g;

• water - 20 ml;

• honey - 50 g;

• 15 g of baking powder;

• vegetable oil - 50 ml for frying bananas;

• honey - 50 g;

• half a lemon.

Cooking method:

1. Remove the bananas from the peel, cut into medium slices 1.5 cm wide (take bananas not very ripe, as the ripe ones can fall apart during frying and the dessert will turn out not so delicious).

2. In a small cup, mix 50 g of honey with lemon juice, put this mixture in the banana. Mix gently so as not to break the pieces of bananas.

3. Make a batter: break the egg into the cup, add the remaining honey, water, 60 g of flour and baking powder, stir everything well.

4. Roll the chopped bananas in the remaining flour, and then dip in batter.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan, put slices of bananas, fry on one side for 2 minutes, then turn over and fry on the other side for 2 minutes too.

6. Put slices of bananas on napkins to absorb excess fat.

7. When serving, put the fried bananas in a batter on a flat plate, decorate with different berries, serve as a dessert for tea or a milkshake.

4. Fruit desserts: ice with berries

Ingredients:

• bananas - 2 pcs.;

• 2 handfuls of fresh raspberries;

• 6 berries of strawberries;

• 2 kiwis.

And for a beautiful presentation, take glass cups or, if there are no cups, simple plastic cups, or any other dishes, but it is imperative that it be transparent.

Cooking method:

1. Remove the bananas from the peel, cut into circles (for this refreshing dessert, take ripe bananas, so the dessert will turn out even tastier).

2. With a blender, grind the bananas to a puree state (you can just crush them with a crush). If pieces of banana come across in banana puree, then it's okay, this will give the dessert an unusual taste.

3. Wash fresh berries in a colander and also mashed with a crush.

4. In a glass bowl or glasses, put a little mashed berry.

5. Put the banana puree in a second layer.

6. Peeled kiwi slices and put on banana puree.

7. Cover all the bowls with cling film, make a hole with a knife on the film. Insert wooden sticks into the holes.

8. Place dessert cups in the freezer to freeze for 3 hours.

9. Remove the film from the cups, lower them into boiling water for 3 seconds, remove the fruit and berry ice cream from the cups and enjoy a fragrant refreshing treat.

5. Fruit desserts: pears with cream and chocolate

Ingredients:

• 2 sweet not overripe pears;

• 30 ml of water;

• lemon juice - 40 ml;

• cream of medium fat content - half a glass;

• powdered sugar - 3 large spoons;

• 4 cubes of dark chocolate.

And so that when serving, the dessert looks even more beautiful and appetizing, take 4 leaves of mint and some any berries, for example, red currants or raspberries.

Cooking method:

1. Wash pears, put on napkins to dry. Cut in half into two parts, do not cut the tail. Core with the seeds.

2. Sprinkle prepared pears with lemon juice so that they do not darken.

3. Make a small incision on the other side of the pears for better stability.

4. Put the pears in a deep baking dish, pour in water (30 ml), put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at a moderate temperature.

5. Grind the chocolate.

6. Mix the chilled cream with powdered sugar and beat in a stable foam (if you want the dessert to be sweeter, you can take more powdered sugar).

7. Put the cream inside each pear (1 tablespoon each). You can squeeze out a confectionery syringe.

8. Sprinkle with chocolate on top, garnish with mint leaves and berries.

6. Fruit desserts: cold cake

Ingredients for shortcrust pastry:

• 200 g of cookies "Jubilee" or any other crumbly;

• butter - 50 g;

For yogurt cream:

• half a liter of homemade milk yogurt;

• water - 4 tbsp. spoons;

• dry sourdough - 2 capsules.

For fruit toppings:

• 2 bananas;

• 6 kiwi;

• sugar - 40 g;

• almonds - 2 handfuls

1. First, make homemade yogurt according to the following technology: pour milk into a deep cast iron, pour in the leaven and put it on a special heating pad with boiling water or a hot battery, wrap the cast iron in a thick, dense fabric, leave it for 8 hours. Instead of a cast iron, you can take a ceramic pot or an ordinary glass jar.

8. Cool the kiwi.

9. Put a cup with gelatin on another container with water a little smaller in diameter and slightly warm the gelatin for a couple.

10. Cool gelatin and pour into homemade yogurt, mix well until a thick, homogeneous mass.

11. Pour the yogurt cream into a container with kiwi, mix well.

12. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and put on it circles of bananas, pour yogurt cream with kiwi on top, close the cake pan with cling film and place in the freezer for 60 minutes.
