To get rid of this, the little blue ones are washed, cut, as required by the recipe, laid out in a bowl, sprinkling each layer with salt. Leave for half an hour. Then the separated juice is drained, the vegetable is washed and dried on a kitchen paper towel. Now the little blue ones are ready for further processing.
