Ingredients Required:

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 1 tbsp. milk;

- 350-400 g of chicken liver;

- 3-4 tbsp. wheat flour;

- 0.5 tsp. salts;

- 2 carrots;

- 1-2 onions;

- 100 ml of vegetable oil;

- greens to taste;

- 150 g of mayonnaise.

Rinse the cooled chicken liver in water, then place in a deep container and puree with a blender until smooth. You can also use the frozen by-product by letting it pre-thaw at room temperature for about 2-6 hours.

As soon as this happens - break the chicken eggs into the container, pour in the milk and whisk all the blender again.

Pour salt into the liver mass.

Then wheat flour and for the last time, puree it with a blender.

Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into the finished dough and mix - this is done so that your pancakes do not stick to the pan during baking.

Heat the pan on the fire and pour 30 ml of vegetable oil into it. Fat is only needed to lubricate the dishes for the first time - then the butter in the dough will prevent pancakes from sticking to the pan. As soon as it warms up, pour half a half of a hefty dough into a dish and round it. Fry for about 3-4 minutes, turning the heat down to medium.

Turn the pancake over to the other side with a spatula and stew for the same amount of time, and then move it onto the dish.

So bake all the rest of the dough.

Peel the carrots and rinse them, rub on a coarse grater.

Onions also peel, rinse. Cut it into large cubes.

Save the sliced ​​vegetable in the remaining amount of vegetable oil, do not forget to preheat it in the pan. To bring the vegetables to softness you need only 8-10 minutes.

Start the assembly of the liver cake - put the first pancake on the dish and coat it with mayonnaise.
