In a slow cooker, pita dishes are mainly baked, time depends on additional ingredients and can range from a few minutes to 1.5-2 hours.

A variant of the simplest pita pie in a slow cooker for those who do not like to work with the dough. Or simply does not have enough time to prepare it. Any stuffing will do for the filling.

Ingredients

• 2 thin pita bread;

• 3 onion heads;

• 150 grams of cheese;

• 4 eggs;

• 100 grams of sour cream;

• 70 grams of tomato paste;

• 2 tablespoons of oil.

Cooking

1. Pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into the pan, fry a little minced meat.

2. Finely chop the onion, send to the minced meat and fry for another five minutes. We fill the filling with tomato paste and spices. You can just add ketchup.

3. Beat sour cream with prescription eggs until smooth. Add a little salt to the mixture.

4. We spread on the table one sheet of pita bread. We spread the minced meat filling with a thin layer, sprinkle with half the grated cheese and turn it into a roll.

5. We do the same with the second pita bread.

6. Lubricate the saucepan from the multicooker, it is better to use butter for this purpose, it will give a beautiful crust.

7. Alternately lay out the previously rolled rolls in the form of a snail. They should fit.

8. Now pour the sour cream with eggs on the cake, but not just. And a little push the rolls and shed all the joints. The remains are simply poured on top.

9. We bake a pie of minutes. Then it needs to be turned over and baked on the other side for another 15-20 minutes.

• 70 grams of oil;

• 400 grams of cheese;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream;

• 2 eggs;

• 350 ml of milk;

• 1 bunch of greenery;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Cooking bechamel. To do this, heat the butter, add wheat flour to it and fry until rosy.

2. Enter the milk. As soon as the sauce begins to thicken, quickly stir so as not to burn. Remove from heat, add half the recipe cheese, chopping it on a grater. Enter the eggs and stir.

3. Cut onions, tomatoes and carrots. We spread the vegetables in a pan and fry. Add the minced meat, fry the filling until tender, at the end we season with spices and put the tomato paste. Cool down.

4. From pita bread we cut circles equal in diameter to the bottom of the pan from the multicooker.

5. We put the sleeve in the crock-pot, straighten it and put one circle of pita bread on the bottom. Lubricate with two tablespoons of sauce and cover with a second circle.

6. Put on a pita 3-4 tablespoons of minced meat with vegetables and grease the sauce again. Repeat layers: pita bread, meat, sauce.

7. The last pita bread is covered with sauce and covered with cheese.

3. Mix sour cream, egg, ketchup. Salt, pepper and add finely grated cheese.

4. Lubricate the pita with the resulting sauce, about a third should go.

5. We spread the meat filling with a thin layer and twist one large roll.

6. Cut it into snails 4-5 centimeters.

7. We lay out the snails with the cut up to the greased bottom of the multicooker.

8. For each we put mayonnaise sauce with ketchup and cheese. It is necessary to divide the whole.

9. Turn on the baking mode and cook the snails for about half an hour. You can hold a little more or less, depending on the desired degree of frying.

Lavash cheese cake in a slow cooker

A variant of a simple, but enough satisfying and high-calorie pita pie in a slow cooker. He will need Adyghe cheese and cottage cheese of any fat content.

Ingredients

• 3 pita bread;

• 400 ml of kefir;

• 200 grams of cottage cheese;

• 40 grams of oil;

• 200 grams of cheese;

• 3 eggs.

Cooking

1. Beat eggs, salt and combine with kefir. Set aside for now.

2. We rub the cheese coarsely, mix with cottage cheese.

7. Wrap the free edges of the first pita bread inside, pour the remaining kefir sauce on top and lay out the pieces of butter.

8. Bake for 40 minutes. Then turn over and cook another 20-25 minutes.

A simple pita pie with cheese in a slow cooker

A variant of the simplest pita pie with cheese, which can only be done in a slow cooker. The active part will take no more than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

• 2 pita bread;

• 100 grams of sour cream;

• 3 raw eggs;

• 3 boiled eggs;

• 400 grams of cheese;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• salt, greens.

Cooking

1. Beat sour cream and raw eggs, salt.

Ingredients

• 1 sheet of pita bread;

• 100 grams of Korean carrots;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• 2 tablespoons of ketchup;

• 250 grams of sausage or ham;

• 1 fresh cucumber;

• 1 boiled egg;

• greenery.

Cooking

1. Cut the egg into cubes, the sausage into strips, drop it into a bowl. Add to them a cucumber cut into small cubes. If there is no fresh vegetable, then you can take pickles.
