After a tasty lunch or afternoon tea you always want something sweet, especially for children. But every day it will not be possible to get them cakes and cakes, besides, such sweets are absolutely not useful - they just add extra calories.

That is why currant mousse will be a real find for you, because in addition to useful vitamins and minerals, such a dish contains semolina, which remarkably nourishes the body and gives it strength for new accomplishments.

Black currant mousse is obtained saturated pink color and no one will refuse to try it out, especially children! You can cook such a dessert from any berries: strawberries, raspberries, cherries, currants, etc. The main thing is that they do not have large bones.

It is this dish that is served in various restaurants and cafes, and there you pay for it much more expensively than you would at cost.

For 2 servings of mousse you will need:

- 200 g of currant berries;
- 300 ml of water;
- 2 tbsp. l semolina;
- 2 tbsp. l sugar sand.

You can use not only fresh, but also frozen berries to make this economical dessert - they are sold in any supermarket or store. Rinse the berries in water and place in a container in which you will prepare the mousse. This is best done in a saucepan or saucepan with a non-stick bottom! Immediately pour sugar into it. Pour in water and place the container on the stove. Wait for boiling and cook the berries for another 5-7 minutes, as usual compote, and then remove the container from the fire.

Pass the currant juice through a sieve or colander, and the berries, folded in it, wipe. The ideal tool for this would be a potato chopper. Add all the pulp in the juice and put everything back on the stove.

Pour the semolina in a little way, immediately kneading it with a whisk so that no lumps form in the dessert.

Tomite the mousse on the fire until thick, stirring with a whisk. As soon as the semolina gives thickness to the dessert - turn off the heat and let the contents in the container cool for 15-20 minutes. When cooling, semolina thickens even more and the dessert turns out to be more dense.

Then, using a mixer, beat the prepared mousse for about 5-7 minutes, until it turns white thoroughly.

As soon as this happens, you can spread the sweet in the bowls or bowls and serve, decorating with mint leaves and chocolate. Good appetite!
