Salad with Beijing cabbage and ham is prepared quickly, and it includes quite affordable products. In principle, in the salad you can put everything that you have in the refrigerator. Peking cabbage goes well with almost any product.

If you want to make a vitamin “bomb,” add as much greens, bell pepper, or other vegetables to the salad as possible. You can use any greens: lettuce, fresh parsley, celery, dill or spinach.

To make the salad hearty and tender, add finely chopped eggs, cheese or cheese to it.

All ingredients are ground. Vegetables are laid raw, but if necessary, they are pre-boiled. Having laid all the prepared foods in a deep dish, the salad is salted and seasoned with mayonnaise, olive oil or sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a salad bowl.

a can of canned corn;

200 g Peking cabbage;

1. Put the eggs in a small saucepan, fill them with drinking water and put on the stove. From the moment of boiling, reduce the heat to moderate and cook the eggs for ten minutes. Then we put the pan under a stream of running water, cool and clear of the shell.

2. Peking cabbage sorted into leaves. From each we cut off a thick, dense part. Shred the cabbage with squares.

3. Tear off the leaves of spinach from the stems, rinse and slightly dry. Shred the spinach in strips.

1. Rinse the head of Beijing cabbage, soak it with a napkin. Take the head of cabbage into leaves, cut the thick part, and chop the rest into small chips.

2. Dice boiled ham.

3. Boil drinking water in a saucepan, salt it slightly and lower the peeled squid carcasses. Boil them in just three minutes. Then remove, cool and cut into thin strips.
